As we grow older we meet people in our life’s journey. It’s sad to say that the reality of life is that we can’t always keep in contact with people no matter how great an impact they played in one of the seasons of our lives. People come in and out of our lives and sometimes we can’t help but forget names, looks, and other information. Sometimes we even celebrate people’s birthdays for three years straight and after ten years have passed forget the date and the name of the person. This is why social networking sites are making so much money. We spend countless hours over the computer searching for people who we used to call “best friends” and former lovers as well. We even search for our favorite teachers from our elementary years and enemies so that we could see if they progressed in their lives and show off ours.
We can use social networking sites and other tools to locate people, but sometimes it just takes too much time. Sometimes finding someone is a matter of death or life for a person. We often lose people’s numbers, emails, and written addresses. But generally speaking we do have an idea of where they used to live and such.
